I’m barista, roaster and cupper, from Veracruz, Mexico. im working in Impetus Barra de Café. I´ve competed 14 years before wining in my country. I love cats and Jesus is my Lord.

What are you excited to do while you visit Brussels?

I´ve never gone to another country, it is my first time going to Europe. After the championship I will go to another place in that beautiful continent.

What are your interests outside of coffee?

I love the music, my church, I like everything related to traditional Mexican cuisine.
